AIG selling prized Tokyo HQ

The giant American insurance company AIG is selling one of its prized assets -- its Tokyo headquarters building. The move is part of efforts to start repaying the US government, which rescued it from the brink of bankruptcy last year with a bailout of about US$150 billion. Analysts say the property could fetch about US$1-billion.
